Noblexa Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating insights, preparing dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate data for accuracy.
• Develop data models and visualization strategies.
• Support business teams with data-driven solutions.
• Generate insights for forecasting and performance analysis.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. Certifications in Data Analytics, BI Tools, SQL, or Python will be beneficial.

• B.Sc / B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MSc / MCA or equivalent field.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
