Noblexa Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, optimizing digital operations, and enhancing customer buying experience.

You will coordinate with marketing, product, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and business growth.

• Manage and optimize online store operations.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales and website traffic.
• Handle product listings, categories, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Oversee order processing, delivery, returns, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms are a plus.

• BBA / MBA / B.Com / Digital Marketing Certification.
• Knowledge of online marketplace operations.
• Understanding of web analytics and e-commerce KPIs.
• Hands-on experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and eCommerce trends.
• Excellent product listing and content management skills.
• Experience in inventory and logistics coordination.
• Ability to plan sales campaigns and promotions.
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting abilities.

• Manage website merchandising, product updates, and promotions.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and CTR.
• Oversee online customer service and resolve ecommerce-related issues.
• Collaborate with marketing team to run online ad campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
