Noblexa Solutions is looking for a proactive and professional HR Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Educational Qualification
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with prior HR experience will be given preference.

- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR software (HRMS).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
