Noblexa Solutions is actively looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and presenting our services to potential clients.

The role requires an energetic individual who thrives in client-facing environments and can convert prospects into long-term customers.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. Additional sales certifications are a plus.

  • BBA / MBA / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in outbound/inbound sales is preferred.
  • Ability to understand client needs and market trends.

Required Skills and Abilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

₹30,000 - ₹60,000 / Month + Incentives
